Can I walk in to order flowers?

Can I order flowers online?

Absolutely. You can browse and order directly through our online store. If you have something specific in mind that isn't listed, get in touch with us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

How soon will my bouquet be ready?

Standard bouquets and arrangements are typically ready within 24–48 hours of ordering. Same-day preparation may be possible for walk-ins depending on our current workload — just ask! For custom or wedding arrangements, we'll give you a clear timeline during your consultation.

Can I bring in an inspiration photo?

Yes, and we love it when customers do! Whether it's a photo you've saved on your phone, a screenshot from social media, or a magazine clipping, bringing a visual reference helps us understand your style and create something you'll love. Share it with us in-store, over the phone, or via our contact form.

Do you take custom arrangement requests?

We do. Custom arrangements are one of our specialties. Whether you have a specific colour palette, flower type, occasion, or budget in mind, we'll work with you to design something unique. Just reach out to start the conversation.

How are custom arrangements scoped and priced?

During a consultation (in-store or over the phone), we'll discuss your vision, preferred flowers, size, and budget. We'll then provide a quote based on seasonal flower availability and the complexity of the arrangement. We're always upfront about pricing before we begin.

What if the flowers I want aren't in season or aren't available?

Flower availability can vary with the season and market supply. If a specific flower isn't available, we'll suggest beautiful alternatives that complement your chosen colours and style. We'll always check with you before making any substitutions.

Can I request specific colours?

Of course! Let us know your preferred colour palette and we'll build your arrangement around it. If an exact shade isn't achievable with what's in season, we'll show you the closest options and get your approval first.

Do you offer pickup?

Yes, pickup is available from our Brisbane store. When you place an order, you can choose your preferred pickup time. We'll have your arrangement fresh and ready to go.
